project_resources hardcoded happiness_pool: 0 (a stub from before the happiness phase existed). Now that process_happiness_phase computes player.happiness each turn, surface it in the PlayerView so the headless view exposes it end-to-end (compute → projection → view). mc-player-api 135/0.
