Setup gains a name field per slot (humans editable; AI slots named after their clan via PersonalityAssigner, deduped); player_names flows payload → loading_screen → player_name. GameState.randomize_turn_order() adds seeded Fisher-Yates ordering that next_player() rotates through. Minimap now fogs to the local player's knowledge.
